Drilling the HS-405 took a few days of reading and studying Sec D-D.  It was imperative to get these holes right as they will be the guides for the reinforcement angles and the HS-404 nose rib flanges.  I took the advice of others and moves the inside holes closer to the centre to prevent any complications with edges distances in case I removed too much material from the HS-404 nose rib flange.  Looks good.

Next I cleco'd the spar and ribs together to drill out all rib to spar attach holes.  I removed everything, deburred, and put it back together.
