This took some courage to do after reading about the horrors of drilling this part. If you do not drill the intial four holes in HS-405 correctly it will throw off the following parts. I clamped HS-405 and nose rib HS-404 accordingly.  Drilled HS-405, then proceeded to right angle drill through HS-810 and HS-814-1 to HS-702 spar.  All went well so far!
